In November, we are thankful for our Cosmos library users! Visit the library this month to attend a regularly-scheduled program, to check something out, to use a computer or the wifi, or to sit in the space and read a newspaper or magazine.

Tiny Tykes Storytime continues on Monday mornings at 10:30. It will be held every Monday through December 28. This short time of stories, songs, and movement is best for ages 0-5. This month’s themes include the five senses, Thanksgiving, and family. There’s no need to sign up. An adult or teen caregiver must accompany the children, and the adults are encouraged to participate with their little ones.

Pokémon Trading Card Game will continue on Thursday afternoons, 4:00-5:30 p.m., through December. Kids ages 7-18 are invited to play Pokémon with the library’s cards or their own. New players are always welcome to learn how to play. Children younger than age 8 must be accompanied by an adult or teen caregiver. Pokémon will not be held on November 26 when the library is closed.

This month’s Saturday Crafting project will be autumn paper suncatchers. Participants will use tissue paper to create a stained glass effect on a leaf or pumpkin shape.  This program will be held in the community room next to the library at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 21. It’s free to attend and open to ages 8 to adult, making it a great family activity. Call the library at 320-440-1012 or stop at the library’s front desk to sign up. Saturday Crafting is the library’s monthly craft program, held on the 3^rd Saturday of each month through December. All supplies are provided.

November’s Take-Home Tuesday craft will be available beginning November 10. One per child, while supplies last.
