Library staff can help you get started with our Libby ebook/audiobook service, help you set up an email account, help you find how to update the settings on your device, or assist with other basic technology questions.

We are unable to assist with credit card or other financial transactions, tax or legal matters, or major changes to your device, or to do things for you such as typing a document . The staff member on duty will assist you in learning the things you want to do, for up to a half hour, as time allows with other library users’ needs. We cannot guarantee we’re able to help with any specific technical question; we’ll help to the best of our ability.
